concept drawing for *SkylerVane

proposition of male Aeviant – bull Aeviant…

Dear Skyler : ]

I got a bit lost after your comment on [link]
I’ve read Aeviantials description and I imagined species close to your description in the comment. And that is why I thought my feathered dragon would be more like a female– with all the feathers it is decorative (but not defenseless thanks to scales : ])

This is how I imagine a bull Aeviant. It is much less decorative and has more spikes ;]
Please take a look and say if this is it.
I think that there can not be too many Aeviants – they are powerful – almost half gods (?) – so I would make them all differ much from each other. I wonder if you like this idea. If you do there is little reason to do SCA.
Maybe I should work on blood types you mention? I imagine doing a bull and a female for each (propably on the same drawing) – do you want it and if you do how much would you pay for it?
If not blood types I think I would like to move on to CDSS from Aeviantial list.

Dear Zersen;

This is certainly a fine work. But then, with all your experience, one expects it to be.

I am sorry you got "lost" in my comment on "Feathered Dragon". I explained way to much, and not of it very clearly.

You had guessed I would want the subject of "Feathered Dragon" to be a female. Seeing all the spikes and that you felt "it" should be a bull - for the reasons you stated - I agreed with you as to your gender preference for that subject. Now that I reconsider, I had more in mind whether or not that subject looked as I had imagined the MINANT SUPERIOR and MATERNAL aeviant femas would. M-Superior and Maternal aeviant femas have no spikes/blades ect. to seriously consider, just blunt "scarnubs" grown out from cuts and gashes. As a WARRION aeviant fema, the subject of "Feathered Dragon" will actually serve very well.

On the other hand, most bull aeviants - probably excepting the Alkems - are Warrions(by choice or not) and are left little room on their bodies(excepting their wings) for their natural feathers by the myriad of "battle scarmor" growns they have acquired in their battles. The few bulls with relatively few "points" and the greater number of their natural feathers, will probably be those serving in the court of The Empress, and those favored and doted on by their Minant Superior and Warrion fema mistresses who serve as harem slaves.

So, more feathers for most or all of the fema aeviants is fine. They will - as a general rule - have more "feathering" and less "battle scarmor" than most of the bulls.

I am taken by the quality of this piece, and fear that I will make a hasty descision here, as a result. I do think the physiology you present is perfectly functional and quite attractive. However, I have been working with DoB9889 on the physiology of the aeviantials, and wish to honor her with more consideration. Hence, I have decided that I shall want you to work from her "mastered" physiologies of the aeviants in the near future. No offense ever intended. I hope you can respect my descision and not dishonor her.

So SCA of the aeviants is still very much on the agenda, as I work with DoB9889. I beg of you not to turn my head with any more aeviant works, Daria. I prefer you to conscentrate on something else right now, anything you may prefer - pending negative feedback received from myself.

Many aeviantials are actually powerless(majikally speaking). And they are not "half-gods"; they are the full-blooded descendants of Gondron, the creator of their Universe. [If any species in "Centriiost" can be considered "half-gods", it would have to be those niervaa and maltriisagons born of the aeviants.] If you would so honor me, please respect my preference in this matter; there are to be literally hundreds of aeviants on Centriiost, and in their six element Warrens. {I do understand your desire to have very few aeviants, so each one can be unique. However, I prefer to build my storylines for "Centriiost" around many aeviant characters.}

Hence my statements above, I do not think it would be appropriate for you to submit your concepts for each of the aeviant maj/blood-types at this time. I look forward to such concepts from you in the future, if you will still be interested. For future reference: For a bull and a fema of like blood type "on the same drawing", I imagine I will willingly pay $60 - 110, provided I am allowed up to two revisions of each gender - should they be needed - and that your work on them is completed within five-ten days - minus any/the days you are waiting on me for feedback.

A CDSS of any aeviant character should wait for now, too. Sorry. You are obviously eager to work more on the aeviants. Patience.

Beseechingly,
~ Skyler
